Your files
stay with you.

The studio’s desktop apps process your files on your computer. This website introduces the tools, provides downloads, and lets you send an enquiry.

Contact Sheet Maker

Photo import, preview, and export run locally. The app does not upload your photos, collect telemetry, or require an online account. It does not include advertising or tracking code.

The app saves ordinary interface preferences, window arrangement, and recently chosen folder paths using your operating system’s local settings. It does not save the loaded photo list as a project. Exported sheets are saved only to the folder you choose.

Source photos are not modified. Filename captions can put your filenames into an exported sheet, so check the result before sharing it. A screenshot or error report can also contain folder paths.

File Renamer

File Renamer works locally and does not upload files, collect telemetry, require an account, or request automatic updates. It changes filenames, not file contents.

Rules, presets, preferences and recent folder paths are saved on your computer. Its last-batch recovery journal includes file paths; keep the journal and log together until recovery is complete.

Filenames and paths can appear in screenshots, reports and exported presets. Review them before sharing. The optional Donate button opens the studio’s external Ko-fi page.

Square Photo Padder

Square Photo Padder imports, previews and processes images locally. It does not upload your photos or require a cloud account.

The app remembers ordinary interface preferences on your computer. Square JPEG outputs are saved beside the source files and omit EXIF, GPS and author metadata. Numbered copies are the default; enabling Overwrite can replace source .jpg files.

A watermark, filename, screenshot or report may contain personal information. Review what you share. The optional Donate button opens the studio’s external Ko-fi page.

Removing embedded metadata does not remove personal information visible in a photo or its filename. Check outputs before sharing them.

PDF Prep

PDF Prep imports, previews, assembles and compresses documents locally. It does not upload your PDFs or photos, collect app telemetry, or require an account.

Saving creates a new PDF and refuses existing destinations. Your original files stay unchanged. Page removal changes only the output plan, not the source document.

Appearance and the last maximum-size choice are stored on your computer; document contents and recent paths are not saved as preferences. Source filenames and document contents appear in the app and may appear in screenshots or exported PDFs. Review them before sharing.

The optional Donate button opens the studio’s external Ko-fi page. Donations are never required to use a feature.

On this website

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, visits, popular pages, referring websites, broad device and country information, and page-load performance. The studio views these aggregate reports privately in its Cloudflare account.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or localStorage for analytics and does not fingerprint individual visitors. The site does not set application cookies or add advertising pixels, embedded social feeds, or visitor accounts. We do not send contact-form contents to analytics.

We use referral reports rather than campaign query parameters: Cloudflare currently does not log URL query strings or support custom events. Download buttons lead through a fixed page for the app and package before opening the exact GitHub file. Aggregate views of these pages measure download intent; dedicated guide paths distinguish the two worked guides from app-page buttons. No visitor identifier, cookie, localStorage or custom analytics event is added. Browser settings, repeat visits, bots, direct links and immediate navigation can affect counts. Counts do not prove a completed download, installation or app usage, and referral reports do not link a person’s visits across pages. The desktop apps continue to process files entirely on your computer.

Read Cloudflare’s explanation of Web Analytics and its privacy policy for details.

The hosting service may process normal operational information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and access time, to serve the site, maintain security, and diagnose errors. This is different from the app’s entirely local photo processing.

Contact enquiries

The contact form sends your email address, message, and any optional details you provide to Formspree, which forwards the enquiry to the studio. I use those details to read and respond to your enquiry. The form does not publish your message or add you to a mailing list.

Formspree also processes submissions and technical information for delivery and spam prevention under its privacy policy. A verification step may open on Formspree. Please send only what is needed to describe your project; the form does not accept file attachments. You can ask about or request deletion of an earlier enquiry through the same form.

Downloads and other sites

Public release downloads and source code are hosted on GitHub when available. Following a link takes you to that service, where its own privacy practices apply. This website does not receive your photo files.

Optional support

Optional contributions are handled on Ko-fi and processed by its connected payment provider. Their own privacy terms apply. You never need to contribute to use an app.

Ko-fi shares your display name, email address, and any message with the studio. The payment provider also makes transaction records available to the studio and may share your legal name and other billing details. Your display name and a public message may appear on Ko-fi; choosing a private message keeps that message visible to the studio only.

Read Ko-fi’s privacy policy and its explanation of supporter information before contributing. Supporter details help us manage contributions and respond to payment questions.

Public feedback

Reports and attachments in the public issue tracker are visible to others. Avoid posting personal photos, real names, contact details, or sensitive filenames and paths. A synthetic example is usually enough to explain a problem.
